This morning in CEO we spent some time in the Central Office of Hannibal Public School District #60, speaking with district professionals. 📚

The goal was to practice speaking with professional adults and asking open ended questions. The result was a meaningful conversation about the importance of soft skills in the workplace.

The soft skills in question include patience, looking people in the eye, showing up to work on time, trying again after an initial failure, and communicating in effective ways. All are important skills for the students to adopt, no matter what career path they take in the future.
